The language model writes the sentence; the application then checks that every number in it exists in what it was given: catalogue prices, product-page figures, the total computed by the application, what the buyer wrote. A number from anywhere else gets the answer rejected, and the model tries again. Prices, stock levels and totals are read back from the database before they appear. That is the constraint the product is built on, not a good intention.
It understands Darija — and typos
“3andkom chi zrbiya dyal sof” finds the Beni Ouarain rug; “bghit chi haja l bard f dar” finds the wool throw; “Bch'hal l'sweat?” gets the price. An Arabizi-to-French lexicon enriches the question before the search, and the assistant answers in the buyer's own language. Misspellings are caught even in the middle of a sentence.
It finds things without the exact name
“Do you have clothes?” brings back the t-shirt and the sweatshirt; “notebooks?” brings the notepad; “a gift for a colleague” brings four relevant items. Three searches work together: full text for precise requests, fuzzy matching for typos, vector search for meaning. At most five products are handed to the assistant to answer with.
