Our AI charter
AI that works for you, in plain sight.
This charter applies to every Cosensible product. It is a commitment, verifiable on request, not a statement of intent.

The AI advises, you decide
Our products draft, sort, prepare, answer and hand over. They take no decision that commits a person, a customer or an employee without someone in your company approving it. No customer is turned away, no order is charged, no binding message is sent by the AI alone unless you have chosen to allow it.
You always know when it is the AI
Our assistants introduce themselves as automated to your customers. Generated content is labelled as such, in line with the requirements of your country's data protection authority and with US state laws on content transparency.
Your data stays yours
Your data is processed in data centres that comply with the laws of your country, under processing declared to the competent authority; the hosting location is set out in your contract. Before any call to an artificial intelligence model, identities are pseudonymised. Your data trains no model intended for other customers, and every supplier is bound by contract.
No forbidden variables
Our models use neither age, nor sex, nor origin, nor family situation, nor a photograph to classify a person. We test for it automatically, and we publish the method.
Every result can be explained
A score, a suggestion, an answer: you can always see what it rests on and correct it. No black box.
A framework we hold ourselves to
We align our practices with the responsible-AI frameworks of the continent's authorities, including Morocco's CNDP, with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and with the ISO/IEC 42001 standard, which we take as our governance reference. We document every system, we log every call, and we answer any question about our methods.
We claim no certification we do not hold. This charter is a commitment, verifiable on request.
What that changes inside Conseilor
No invented prices
Every number in an answer must exist in the context provided: catalogue prices, product-page figures, the computed total, or what the buyer wrote. Otherwise the answer is rejected and the model tries again.
The catalogue is the authority
The assistant only offers what still exists in your shop. Prices, stock levels and totals are read back from the database before they appear.
It steps aside when it does not know
Outside the catalogue, it says so rather than improvising, and the question comes back to you.
Your buyers know who they are talking to
The assistant introduces itself as automated. No certification is claimed, no delivery time is promised on your behalf.
A question about our methods?
We answer it. Ask for a demo or write to us: we show what the AI does, on your own conversations.
