AI advises, you decide
None of our tools makes a decision on its own that commits your business or a person. Our tools draft, sort, prepare, answer, and pass things on; a human on your team approves anything that commits you.
You know when it's AI
Your customers know they're talking to an assistant. We never pass off an AI as a person, and generated content is labeled as such.
Your data stays yours
It serves only you. We don't sell it, we don't use it to train models, and you can export it or have it deleted. Before any call to the AI, names and numbers are masked, and the hosting location is stated in writing in your contract.
You always know where an answer comes from
For every answer, you can see where the information comes from: which product sheet, which price, which instruction. No black box.
No one is judged on their origin, religion, sex, or health
Our tools don't classify or treat people based on their origin, religion, sex, or health. Every one of our tools is built on this rule, and we show on request how it's applied.
A public charter anyone can read
No testimonial without a signature, no certification without a certificate, no promise before the product exists. We draw on international responsible AI frameworks, such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and the ISO/IEC 42001 standard, and we answer any question about our methods.
We claim no certification we don't hold. This charter is a commitment, verifiable on request.
What this changes in practice in our tools
No invented prices
Every number in an answer must exist in the context provided: catalog prices, figures from product sheets, a calculated total, or what the shopper wrote. Otherwise the answer is rejected and the model tries again.
The catalog is the authority
The assistant only offers what still exists in your store. Prices, stock levels, and totals are re-read from the database before they appear.
It hands over when it doesn't know
Outside the catalog, it says so rather than improvising, and the question comes back to you.
Your shoppers know who they're talking to
The assistant introduces itself as automated. No certification is claimed, and no delivery time is promised on your behalf.
