Taxation of sales in Morocco

For services supplied remotely to customers established in Morocco who are not registered for VAT, Cosensible LLC completes the formalities provided for the taxation of digital services with the General Tax Directorate of the Kingdom of Morocco. For VAT-registered customers, the tax is accounted for by the customer under the reverse-charge mechanism.

Once Cosensible Maroc SARL, a subsidiary of Cosensible LLC, is incorporated, it will become the publisher of the site and the data controller for customers established in Morocco; this notice will be updated accordingly.

The structure of the site, its texts, illustrations, graphics, logos and software components are protected by Moroccan law no. 2-00 on copyright and neighbouring rights and by the applicable international conventions. “Cosensible”, “Conseilor” and “Conseilor, by Cosensible” are marks and names used by the Cosensible group. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Third-party marks and names mentioned on the site (CMI, WhatsApp, Wave, Orange Money, M-Pesa, Amazon Web Services and others) belong to their respective owners and are cited for information about compatibility and integrations, with no affiliation implied.

Nature of the information published

The information published on the site is provided for information purposes. It describes the products and services as offered on the date of publication and may change. It constitutes neither a contractual offer nor legal, tax, accounting or employment advice. Only contractual documents signed or accepted online bind Cosensible. Blog articles reflect the state of the law on their date of publication; they are no substitute for consulting the official sources (DGI, CNDP) or a qualified professional.
